Q: Do you have an open parent policy?

A: Yes. Parents are welcome to visit at any time as long as it does not cause any distress to the child upon your departure. State law requires that all visitors must sign in at the front desk before entering the school.

Q: Is there a snack program for children in your care?

A: Yes.  University Station Academy provides nutritional snacks in the morning and afternoon. Parents are also encouraged to send special snacks with their children. Lunch is available for an additional fee.

 Q: What kind of emergency training does your staff have?

A: All of our childcare providers are required to have infant and child first aid and CPR training.

Q: Do you accept Family Central?

A: Yes.

Q: Are there cameras in the classrooms?

A: Yes. There are cameras in all classrooms.  Internet access to view your childs classroom is available for an additional fee.

Q: Is Drop-in care available?

A:  Yes. Drop-in care availabilty is based on space at time of need.
